Marissa Spinella & Arielle Vavasseur are the founders of Penelope and Coco. A Fabulous contemporary shoe company that prides itself on being born in downtown LA. The line is based on the idea that we all dress according to two personalities: Everyone has a Penelope (a vintage, dainty and classic personality), and a Coco (a complicated spirit with eccentric and bold tendencies). I so agree with this idea!!
