Our Trendsetter section is reserved for those who live up to the name. No other DJ in the world has done more mixtapes with major artist than the incomparable DJ Drama. This Philly Native who know lives an international lifestyle still keeps raising the bar. Just to do a quick role call of the artist he has done mixtapes for : R-Kelly, Jeezy, Lil Wayne, Yung LA, Soulija Boy, Young Buck, Fabalous, Plies, Gorilla Zoe, Slick Pulla, Slim Thug, Project Pat, The Clipse, and the list goes on and on.
DJ Drama following the blueprint of the legendary DJ Clue, mastered it and made it his own. Now DJ’s across the globe are copying his blueprint featuring artist. Â You basically can’t be a major artist these days in this time or terrible album sales, and not release a mixtape to get the fans excited.
